Wiro's monthly credit plans are Starter ($10), Boost ($20) and Pro ($50). A model or app page's Subscription window offers them when a run is refused for low balance or the concurrency limit. Wiro Studio's Choose subscription plan window offers Boost and Pro.
How they work: each monthly card payment adds its amount to the wallet of the workspace you subscribed from, personal or team. Your concurrency limit still follows your balance.
Do I have one? Click your profile icon, then Billing, then Open Billing Portal: it lists the plans you pay for, team ones included. In a team workspace, Billing shows the team's plans and invoices to team admins and the organization owner instead of opening the portal. No billing history yet means you've made no card payment, so no plan. In Transactions, plan payments are DEPOSIT rows described as Subscription Started or Subscription Renewed.

Agent plans are separate: cancel them from the agent's page. These Starter and Pro plans aren't agent tiers.
