Wiro.ai

Share one wallet and API keys across several Wiro accounts with an organization and team, or keep separate accounts; covers roles, top-ups, model limits and workspace switching.

How do organizations and teams work?

Team admins invite people from the team's Members page and choose the Member or Admin role.

How do I invite someone to my team?

Organization owners and team admins can move balance between their Personal Wallet and a team with Transfer Credit.

Can I move credit from my personal wallet to my team?

A team project's API key always charges the team wallet, and personal project keys charge your personal wallet.

Which wallet pays when I use a team project's API key?

Team admins and the organization owner can redeem coupons for the team wallet from the Coupons page.

Can I use a coupon code in a team workspace?

In a team workspace, every member can see, open and stop each other's team runs, while runs in your Personal workspace stay private.

Can my teammates see the images and videos I generate in the team workspace?

What each team invitation error means and how to fix it.

Why can't I accept my team invitation?

Removing a team or organization returns its projects and agents to their creators and leaves the wallet balance behind, and only a removed organization can be restored.

What happens when a team or organization is removed, and can I restore it?

Any team member can add credit to the team wallet, but only team admins and the organization owner can manage its Automatic Payment.

Who can add credit to a team wallet or set up automatic payments for it?

A transfer that takes a wallet below its Automatic Payment threshold triggers a top-up from the saved card.

Why was my card charged right after I transferred credit?

Team admins get one budget alert email when spending reaches the chosen share of the team spend limit.

When does Wiro send the team budget alert email?

Share one wallet and API keys with your team, invite members and set roles, move credit, redeem coupons, limit models and switch workspaces.

This prototype demo is aware that you are reading “{title}”. It can point you back to the current article, but a production article-aware Fin contract is still follow-up work.

Prototype article-aware answer

Because you already asked about invitations, this prototype demo can add the follow-up: use the role selector before sending each invite to limit access to the teammate responsibilities.

Prototype role-limiting follow-up

This prototype demo suggests starting with your workspace profile, inviting the team members who need access, and then connecting the integrations you use.

Prototype getting-started answer

In this prototype demo, integrations are configured from workspace settings. Choose the integration, connect the account, and review the enabled permissions.

Prototype integrations answer

In this prototype demo, invite teammates from workspace settings, then choose the access each teammate needs before sending the invitation.

Prototype invite-team answer

This prototype demo does not have a scripted answer for that question yet. Try asking how to invite your team or open a source article. No production Fin API was called.
