How model prices work, where to check a price before and after a run, why a run can cost more than the listed price, and what isn't charged.

How is a model priced, and why did my task cost more than I expected?

Failed runs and tasks cancelled in the queue aren't charged, and this explains the few cases that are.

Am I charged if my task fails or I cancel it?

You can see a model's price before running it in the model page's price box, the API quick start pricing line, the pricing page and the Tool/Detail endpoint.

How can I check a model's price before I run it?

A $0.000 cost usually means the task wasn't charged because it failed, was cancelled or hasn't finished, though a very cheap run or a realtime voice session can show it…

Why does my task's cost show $0.000?

Model runs need a balance of at least $0.50, while training models and Wiro Studio need $10; it's a threshold, not a fee.

What's the minimum balance to run a model?

Starter, Boost and Pro are monthly card plans that add $10, $20 or $50 of credit to your wallet each month, and you manage them in the Billing portal.

Do I have a subscription? What are the Starter, Boost and Pro plans?

Check Transactions and the workspace you paid from, and if a card charge still isn't credited, contact us with its amount, date and receipt.

I paid, but my credit hasn't appeared. What should I do?

How does automatic top-up work?

See your total spending for any period on Project Usage, and every charge one by one on Transactions.

How do I see how much I've spent?

Redeem a coupon code from the Coupons page in your dashboard.

How do I use a coupon code?

Invoices, payment methods and your subscription are managed in the Billing portal.

Where are my invoices? How do I cancel my subscription?

Earn recurring commission by referring clients to Wiro.

Do you have an affiliate program?

Check model prices and what you're charged, track your spending, use coupons, find invoices and subscriptions, and apply to the Partner Program.

This prototype demo is aware that you are reading “{title}”. It can point you back to the current article, but a production article-aware Fin contract is still follow-up work.

Prototype article-aware answer

Because you already asked about invitations, this prototype demo can add the follow-up: use the role selector before sending each invite to limit access to the teammate responsibilities.

Prototype role-limiting follow-up

This prototype demo suggests starting with your workspace profile, inviting the team members who need access, and then connecting the integrations you use.

Prototype getting-started answer

In this prototype demo, integrations are configured from workspace settings. Choose the integration, connect the account, and review the enabled permissions.

Prototype integrations answer

In this prototype demo, invite teammates from workspace settings, then choose the access each teammate needs before sending the invitation.

Prototype invite-team answer

This prototype demo does not have a scripted answer for that question yet. Try asking how to invite your team or open a source article. No production Fin API was called.
