Sign in and go to Credit Balance → Coupons.
Type your code into the Coupon Code field at the top of the list (it looks like a search box), then click Use Coupon.
The credit is added to your wallet, and the coupon appears in your coupons list.
If your code doesn't work
"Invalid coupon code": check the code for typos.
"You used this code": each coupon can only be used once per account.
"This coupon has expired." or "This coupon is not active yet.": the code is outside its valid dates.
"You must deposit at least $… before using this coupon.": this coupon needs a deposit first. Add credit, then try the code again.
Team wallets: only team admins can use coupons for a team wallet.
Some coupons only work with specific models.
