Insufficient balance (code 97) means the balance your request is billed to is below the minimum: a run needs at least $0.50, and a training model needs $10. Check these:
Coupon credit: it counts only if the coupon is valid for the model you're running.
The wrong wallet: a team project's key uses the team wallet, not your personal balance, and a personal key uses your personal wallet. The dashboard shows only the workspace you're in, so check the team's Credit Balance with Switch Workspace.
A different message:
Billing hard limit has been reached.in an older task's Debug output came from the model's provider, not your Wiro balance, so try again.
Code 97 isn't one to retry after a wait: fix the balance first. Refused requests aren't charged. To top up, add credit to your wallet.
