What are Wiro Agents, and what does an agent cost?

What a Wiro Agent is, how its monthly Starter or Pro plan is priced from its skills, and what uses its credits.

A Wiro Agent is an AI assistant that keeps running in its own isolated environment. It remembers your conversations, connects to accounts you choose (social media, email, stores, calendars and more) and runs scheduled tasks for you. You chat with it on its page on wiro.ai, and optionally through Telegram, Slack, Discord or the API.

You can look around without an account: browse ready-made agents at Browse agents, or choose your own integrations at Build your own agent. You sign in when you deploy.

Plans: Starter and Pro

  • Monthly plans. Every agent has a Starter and a Pro plan, billed monthly.

  • The price comes from the agent's skills. Each paid skill (integration) adds to the monthly price and to the credits included. Starter has a minimum monthly price for any agent with at least one paid skill; when the skills add up to less, the price is raised to that minimum and the included credits grow in the same proportion.

  • Pro costs a multiple of the Starter price and includes the same multiple of credits.

  • You see the exact price before you pay. The agent's page shows both plans with their prices.

What the credits pay for

The plan price comes back as monthly credits, at 1 credit = $0.01, so the credits included match what you pay. Monthly credits refill when the plan renews, and unused monthly credits don't carry over to the next month.

Credits pay for the agent's own work, billed by the tokens its AI model uses. There are no flat fees per action. Credits are used by:

  • each chat reply, whether on the website, in a channel or through the API;

  • each scheduled task run;

  • the text work around a voice call, such as preparing for it and the follow-up afterwards.

Long conversations, attachments and multi-step tasks use more tokens, so they cost more. Manage, then Transactions, on the agent's page lists every charge (see How can I see what my agent did and where its credits went?).

How to spend fewer credits

  • Choose a cheaper model under Agent Settings, then Agent Model. Saving restarts the agent for a short moment.

  • Pick a model for a single message from the model menu in the chat, for example a smaller model for simple questions.

  • Start a new chat session when the topic changes. The conversation so far is read again on every reply, so a long session makes each reply cost more.

Costs outside the plan

  • Images, videos and audio the agent creates are billed separately, at the normal model prices, to the wallet of the Wiro project chosen on the agent's Wiro AI Models card. Live voice-call audio is paid from that wallet too. See Who pays for the images and videos my agent makes?

  • Some providers bill you directly on your own account with them: Twilio for call minutes and phone numbers, Serper once you've used its free searches, and X for its API plans if you connect your own X developer app.
