Where do I find a task's Debug output?

Where to open a task's Debug output, which often says why a run failed.

In Task History, on the task's Debug output tab. It shows the model's output log, which often says why a run failed.

  1. Open wiro.ai/panel/task-history or your dashboard's Task History card.

  2. Click the task's row (not the crossed-out eye).

  3. Click Debug output. On a phone or tablet, Output opens first.

  4. Scroll to the last lines, where the reason usually is.

Also on a model page (History tab, click the task, then Debug Output) and in the Activity panel (lightning icon, top right: on the Models tab, find the task's # number, then Show debug output). In Wiro Studio (Activity tab, Show debug output), a failed run only shows Task could not be completed. Please try again. For those, contact us.

Still unclear? Send us the task ID, model name and Debug output text via the chat on wiro.ai or [email protected]. See what each message means and what to do.
