A task that shows Failed, or one with a crossed-out eye icon (tooltip No output generated) and a cost of $0.000, usually failed and wasn't charged. The task's Debug output often says why.
Statuses and billing in detail: Why does my task say "No output generated"?
Where to find Debug output
In Task History (see Where can I find my previous generations?):
Open wiro.ai/panel/task-history or the Task History card on your dashboard.
Click the task's row (not the crossed-out eye).
Click the Debug output tab. On a phone or tablet, Output opens first.
Scroll to the last lines, where the reason usually is.
Also here:
Model page: History tab, click the task, then Debug Output.
Activity panel: click the lightning icon (top right). In the Task History side panel, find the task's # number on the Models tab and click Show debug output.
Wiro Studio: Activity tab, then Show debug output. A failed run only says
Task could not be completed. Please try again., so contact us (see below).
Developers: Debug response in Task History shows the full task record.
What the message means and what to do
A safety or content filter blocked it. For example
The request could not be processed because the prompt or reference media did not meet the content policy.orerror: Your request was rejected by content moderation.A line containing[BLOCKED]means Wiro's own safety check stopped the request.
What to do: this content isn't allowed on that model, even one labeled "Uncensored". Change the prompt or inputs so the request follows the model's content rules.A copyright check on generated music. Some video models reject a finished video whose audio resembles copyrighted music, even music the model added by itself. The log may mention
OutputAudioSensitiveContentDetected. If a video fails only with audio on, this is the likely cause.
What to do: turn audio off if you don't need it, or leave songs, artists and copyrighted music out of your request. An input couldn't be downloaded or used. For example
[Image 1] is missing or could not be downloaded.
What to do: make sure each file link opens in a browser, or upload the file instead, in a supported type and size.A temporary provider error or timeout. For example
The video provider is currently overloaded. Please retry in a few moments.
What to do: wait a few minutes, then try again with Load parameters for re-run (the circular-arrow button at the top right of the opened task). No clear reason. If the log only shows
Request started.andTask failed, or just stops, contact us.
Was I charged?
Not for a failed run. Wiro charges only when the model finishes successfully, so a failed task's Cost shows $0.000. A re-run is a new task, charged if it succeeds. Exceptions, such as realtime voice sessions and Studio chat, are in the longer article.
When to contact us
Contact us if Debug output doesn't explain the failure (we can see more detail), an error keeps coming back, you think a block was a mistake, or a failed task was charged. Use the chat on wiro.ai or [email protected] and include:
the task ID, the number after # in Task History (Studio doesn't show it, so tell us roughly when you ran it)
the model name
the Debug output text
