You can delete your Wiro account yourself. There's no need to contact us.
Before you delete
Cancel any subscription. Go to Billing and open the Billing portal to cancel it. Deleting your account doesn't cancel subscriptions for you.
Turn off automatic payments if you set them up, under Credit Balance → Automatic Payment.
Use up your credit. Any remaining balance is lost when the account is deleted and isn't refunded.
Delete your account
Scroll to the bottom of the page. You'll see the line "You can delete your account by clicking here."
Click here, then click Delete in the dialog that appears.
You'll be signed out immediately. This can't be undone, and you won't be able to sign up again with the same email address.
Deleting your data
Deleting your account closes it. If you also want your generated files and other data erased, email [email protected] with the subject "Data Deletion Request". See our Data Deletion page for details.
