Your history is private, but file links aren't locked. Your Task History is visible only in your account. In a team workspace, every member sees the team's tasks and their outputs (see what teammates can see).
Anyone with the link can open the file. Outputs and uploads are served from direct CDN links that need no sign-in. Wiro doesn't list them publicly or show them outside your account or team, but a link you've shared or embedded, or one returned by
POST /File/Upload, opens for whoever has it.Keep sensitive results to yourself. Don't share their links; download them and keep them somewhere you control.
To make a task's links stop working, delete its files (see Will links to my deleted files stop working?). This also removes the inputs you uploaded for that task, so download first. Delete other uploads in Uploaded Files.
